ability to move spin at high speeds without getting dizzy, David Cannon
initially used his talents as a bully and later a petty criminal.
Although he found legitimate careers as a circus performer, professional
wrestler and competitive ice-skater Cannon always gravitated towards crime.
Eventually fashioning a flamboyant costume he became the Human-Top. After being incarcerated by Giant-Man and the Wasp he developed his skills further re-dubbing himself Whirlwind. |
