| Origin | |
| An
unsuccessful burglar, Herman Schultz used his aptitude for electronics to
create a means of escape from prison. Using
stolen parts from the prison workshop Schultz designed a device that could
open any door or safe quickly and silently. The shock-wave feedback of his escape nearly killed him and once in his own workshop he designed a foam-lined fabric uniform to absorb the vibrations. His ensemble complete, Schultz began his criminal career as the deadly Shocker. |
