techno-organic meta-morph with superhuman strength, speed, agility,
stamina, durability and flight; able to change shape and density, possessing the
ability to transform organic matter into techno-organic matter for sustenance. Note: The Technocracy possess a transmode virus with which they infect organic and inorganic species transforming them into sustenance. A side-effect of transmode infection is the transformation into the Phalanx; a hive-mind species compelled to draw the Technocracy to their location once they develop a sufficient population. The Phalanx's motivations are unknown because calling the Technocracy to their location assures their destruction. |

| Origin | ||
| Magus is the ruler of the
extra-terrestrial Technocracy, a cybernetic species with a custom of
patricide; an act where the offspring kills their parent when they reach
maturity.
Magus' son Warlock developed a mutation which gave him a quality other's of his species lacked - compassion. Wishing to avoid his destiny Warlock fled to Earth and was pursued by Magus. Upon arriving on Earth, Magus disguised himself until the opportunity arrived for him to attack his son. Failing to destroy his offspring or be destroyed the Magus was cast into space - an ever-present danger to his son and the universe. |
