| Origin | |
| After the third world war,
nuclear devastation has killed most of the human and superhuman population
and made the Earth mostly uninhabitable. One of the few creatures to survive was the Hulk. During the time of the devastation the Hulk's dominant personality, commonly known as the Professor Hulk, had the scientific knowledge of Bruce Banner and in the aftermath was able to construct a city that would protect its inhabitants from the deadly radiation - all that he asked in return was the total obedience of its citizens. Becoming insane from the increased exposure to radiation and wielding absolute power the Hulk began his rule over a devastated Earth as the Maestro. |
