Origin
Little is known of the this industrial saboteur, other than he has an enduring hatred of corporations.  Because of his anti-corporate bias, he is considered untrustworthy by both his partners and employers, coincidentally corporations that hire him to sabotage their rivals.

Apparently he perished when his armor failed while phasing through a solid object during an encounter with Iron Man.  When he returned it is not known if it was the same man or his spirit striking from the afterlife as a Ghost.
