as a small boy, Winslow P. Schott showed talents as a toymaker when he
made his first toy: a balsa-wood airplane, painted red and
blue. A neighbor boy bullied and stole Schott's toy, an act
which had a profound effect on the young toymaker and may have embittered
him to use his toys for crime as an adult. His first scheme involved an army of life-size toy soldiers which fired knockout gas into a bank enabling Schott to loot the financial institution as the Toyman. |
