Origin
During World War II, German scientists subjected the military leader General Haifsch to biological experiments and training to transform him into the "model soldier" codenamed Killer Shark.

After World War II the Blackhawks encountered a roving pirate with a costume similar to their Nazi nemesis.  His origin or relationship to the original is known but he continues the vicious legacy of the Killer Shark.
