Pre-Crisis During the years of World War II, to attack Wonder Woman, Professor Zool artificially evolved an ape into a giant human woman he dubbed Giganta. Post-Crisis Suffering from a fatal blood disease, Dr. Doris Zeul attempted to steal the body of Wonder Woman through a mind transferal device. Stopped by Wonder Girl, Zeul's essence was trapped within the device and was temporary transferred into the body of an ape by her assistant. Eventually Zeul was returned to her originally body, but chose to abduct the body of a circus strongwoman named Olga - who apparently had the mystical ability to grow to towering heights as Giganta. |
