Rās al
Ghūl,
Whisper A'Daire
instigated a mob war
in Gotham for control of the drug trade. Their ultimate goal was to
create a market for a life-extending drug, and then replace it with a drug
which would ultimately plunge humanity into bestial chaos, both mentally
and physically. Allied with the Lucky Hands Triad, A'Daire provided her drug to the mob's leader Ekin-Tzu, which transformed him into a creature with bird-like attributes. A superstitious man, Ekin-Tzu became mentally unstable and turned upon his ally because he believed the Batman to be righteous in his work against crime. Resolving to eliminate the sins of his past life, he became a vigilante working against the mob he help create. |
