Kismet
was chosen over Dominus as the Illuminator of All Realities from
the pantheon of the Lords of Order, he desired to usurp her position in the cosmos through
murder. Thwarted by Superman and Waverider, Dominus turned his wrath upon the Man of Steel, and set about a plan to destroy him. Secretly manipulating Superman's perception of reality, he made him think that to save people he had to take control of their lives, making him a world-wide dictator. Lois Lane alerted Superman that he was being controlled and Dominus was eventually trapped within an imaginary Phantom Zone. |
