Origin |
| After being struck by
lightening in his laboratory, police scientist Barry Allen found that he
could move at super-sonic speed. Inspired by the
Flash of a generation before,
Allen assumed the same identity. To conceal his own true identity he
created a scarlet and yellow costume which he treated to expand when exposed
to nitrogen in the atmosphere. To store the costume for ready access
to make a quick change to the
Flash he stores the
compressed costume inside his signet ring. |
