| The
original Rouges were a loose affiliation of Central City villains that
would team on occasion to distract the Flash while they committed their
crimes. After the
Flash
died during the
Crisis
On Infinite Earths many of the Rogues retired or semi-retired because the
thrill of thwarting their adversary had become more important than the
profits of crime. The latest incarnation of the Rouges unlike their predecessors is more organized and deadly, which may bode ill for the latest Flash. |
