| Origin | |
| One of the most famous
fighting units of World War II, Easy Company landed on European soul
during the D-Day invasion of Normandy Beach. At the battle of Three Stripes Hill, a Private named Frank Rock gained a battle-field promotion to sergeant and became the inspiration of leadership that the other soldiers relied upon. Sergeant Rock forged Easy Company into a legendary combat unit that fought its way across Europe ultimately infiltrating Nazi Germany. At war's end those members of Easy lucky enough to survive returned home to enjoy the liberty for which they fought so hard. |
