| After the escape of the
Pied Piper, warden Gregory Wolfe swore that no metahuman criminal would
ever escape his prison again. Restructuring to prevent further breakouts, security was tightened and all super-human criminals were relocated to an underground dungeon called the Pipeline. Returned their costumes for easy identification, the guards are ordered to shoot them on sight if they leave the designated area. The public is generally unaware of the conditions of the prison, but criminals speak warily of the Alcatraz of the Midwest, called Iron Heights. |
