Quasar
and Kismet was born on the planet Vesper early in the 21st Century.
Soon after his birth he was kidnapped by the malevolent entity Era and left
on the planet Arcturus IV, where he was discovered by an Arcturan couple,
who were among the last mutants on their planet. While still an
infant, the boy's adopted parents were slain by anti-mutant militants.
Reaver Ogord, the leader of the militants, adopted what he assumed was a
normal Arcturan, naming him Stakar. As a young man, Stakar, along with his adoptive sister Aleta was exploring the ruins containing the Hawk God. Resurrecting the dormant deity, the couple was merged for a time into a shared entity known as the Starhawk. |
