Pulp Magazine Weird Tales (Aug. 1928) Comics Marvel Premiere #33 (Dec. 1976) Note: Solomon Kane first appeared in a story simply titled "Solomon Kane" in the pages of the science fiction fantasy magazine Weird Tales. This first appearance was re-titled "Red Shadows" in later publications. The story was adapted by Marvel Comics in Marvel Premiere #32 & 33, but titled the "Mark of Kane." Robert E. Howard wrote 13 stories and three poems about Solomon Kane, seven stories appeared in Weird Tales from 1928 to 1932; the remainder have been published in later collections. |
