Along with his brother Drake, Jack Harrison was a member of the Captain America Hotline, Stars and Stripes; a network of citizens who alerted the patriotic hero to situations that could use his attention. Upon discovering that the Serpent Society had infiltrated their hometown of Sandhaven, Arizona; Jack honed his physical skills to challenge the criminal group. Donning patriotic colors that he thought would impress Captain America he became the heroic Jack Flag. |
