The daughter of
Sergei Krylov (The Presence) Laynia Petrovna and her twin brother Nikolai
were taken by the Soviet government after their mutant powers manifest.
Able to access another dimension with her mutant powers Petrovna became know
as Darkstar. Petrovna lost her life after a brief stint with the international mutant team known as the X-Corporation, but it is possible that her link to the Darkforce dimension has made her immune to death. After Petrovna's disappearance she was replaced by others who carried on the mantle of Darkstar. |
