Johnson and Tandy
Bowen were in a group of
runaway children kidnapped by members of Silvermane's criminal organization
to be used as guinea pigs for a new addictive narcotic. Johnson and Bowen were the only survivors of the experiment; however, the narcotic caused their latent mutant abilities to manifest, turning one into a living shadow and the other into living light called Cloak and Dagger. |
