is known about Clarice Ferguson before her abduction by the technocratic
aliens called the Phalanx. Tormented by the Phalanx commander,
Harvest, she employed her powers to remove a chunk from the battleship's
deck under her fellow captives, causing them to fall into the water
below. She then displaced the entire battleship with herself and
Harvest aboard. It was presumed she died. Ferguson resurfaced in the alternate future known as the Age of Apocalypse. Liberated from the death camp of the horseman Abyss' by Sabretooth and Weapon X, she joined Magneto and his X-Men. Under Magneto's tutelage, the young mutant learned to control her powers and expand her teleportation range, being able to cause objects to disappear in the Blink of an eye. |
