| Origin | |
| A
frail young man growing up on the mean streets, Wayne Williams was cruelly
framed for a crime he did not commit by a two-bit hood known as
"Handz" Horgun. While in prison Williams befriended fellow prisoner and scientist Frederick Grant, who encouraged him to develop his mind and body to their full potential. Motivated by a desire for vengeance he devoted his full efforts to improving himself. Released early for stopping a prison riot and saving the warden's life, Williams immediately began his plans to seek justice as the Batman. |
