when Ted Knight (Starman I) was
in a mental asylum. In truth he was Ted Knight's fellow adventurer in the Justice Society, Dr. Charles McNider (Dr. Mid-Nite I). Until Knight was cured of the grief he felt from his role in creating the Atomic Bomb, McNider stepped into the role of protector of Opal City, the Starman. |
