Origin
Cassandra was trained from an early age to become a deadly assassin.  She is essentially mute because her "father" David Cain only trained her to communicate through the language of violence.  For her to fight is to speak.

Residing in Gotham City during the No Man's Land crisis, the girl with no name took on the identity previously held by the Huntress as the latest Batgirl.
