What Happened
Agamemno an ancient galactic menace travels from the dawn of time in pursuit of three portions of a deadly weapon capable of granting control of the universe.

Enlisting the aid of Earth's most notorious villains he switches their minds with their heroic counterparts to make them a more formidable force.  Meanwhile Earth's heroes trapped in the bodies of their villainous counterparts attempt to stop the alien invader while being pursued by other Earth heroes.
