Gotham City
is plunged into chaos. Condemned and expatriated by the United States Government all citizens are ordered to evacuate, those that stay will be sealed within the city by a military blockade of its bridges. The island city is divided into gang-land style districts held by both criminals and the Gotham City Police, its remaining heroes struggle to maintain order. Ultimately the city is re-opened and the process of rebuilding begins by the multi-national LexCorp, which managed to acquire much of the city while it was in condemnation. |
