| Blessed with dumb luck, Wolfgang "Woozy" Winks saved a sorcerer named Zambi from drowning. As a reward Zambi endowed Winks with superpowers to protect him from harm. Using his new powers Winks went on a minor crime spree, until Plastic Man persuaded him to surrender and give up crime. Eventually Wink's powers faded, but his friendship with Plastic Man remained and they became longtime crime-fighting partners. |
