| Origin | |
|
One of the first sentient races in the universe, they achieved near-omnipotent mental powers eons before the birth of Galactus or the formation of the planet Earth. Exploring the universe the beneficent aliens encountered other lifeforms and decided to impart upon them a fraction of their knowledge. Eventually returning to see how their gifts had been used they found a planet racked by nuclear devastation. Vowing to never interfere in the evolution of another race the formerly generous aliens now only witness and record the events of the universe as the Watchers. |
